Mon IMPORTANT FIRST DAY ACTIVITIES:

   Read the online multimedia textbook. As you read the text, work any You Try Its.

   Work at least every other problem listed in the tracked tutorial exercises (a.k.a. TTEs).

Read: You are expected to already know how to graph a function (including trigonometric, logarithmic, and exponential) and find it's x-intercept point(s) as well as graph two such functions and find their intersection point. Examination: Take Quiz #1 (covers 10.1-10.2) -- due NOON SATURDAY (Linked from "Quizzes & Exams" in MML.)

QUIZ RULES: Each week a quiz will be made available in MML by noon Thursday and must be submitted by noon Saturday. You may start it any time during that period but once you start the quiz you only have 45 minutes to complete it. You may take the quiz twice and only your best score will count. Do not navigate away from the quiz window or you will get locked out! You may use notes, online text, calculator, etc., but you may not discuss the quiz with any human until after the due date/time. After the due date/time you will be able to review your quiz and print it including the correct answers. See the "announcements" in your MML class for more details about this particular quiz.
