Mon IMPORTANT FIRST DAY ACTIVITIES:

1. Logon to BlackBoard and complete the ** MANDATORY FIRST-DAY CLASS ORIENTATION ** due by 11:59 pm Mon. April 6th.

     Don't neglect the last step which is to post your INTRODUCTORY BIOGRAPHY to the "Introductory Bios" discussion board.
    For more detailed steps including a brief overview of the class requirements, see Class Orientation Information.

    IMPORTANT FIRST DAY DEADLINE:
    You must logon to Blackboard and complete the "mandatory first-day class orientation"
    (including posting your "introductory bio") by the deadline.  Failure to do so may result
    in your being withdrawn from the class or replaced by a waitlisted student.

2. In Blackboard, go to the "student lounge" discussion board and post a quick message to the "check-in day 1" thread.

    IMPORTANT FIRST WEEK ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:
    You must post a message to the daily "check-in" thread every day during the first 5 days (M-F) of the quarter.

Read: You are expected to already know how to graph a function and find it's x-intercept point(s) as well as graph two linear functions and find their intersection point. For a graphing calculator refresher see Calculator Guide - Basic Arithmetic and Calculator Guide - Introduction to Graphing (Note: MOL sites are password protected.) QUIZ RULES: Each week a quiz will be made available in MML by noon Thursday and must be submitted by noon Saturday. You may start it any time during that period but once you start the quiz you only have 45 minutes to complete it. You may take the quiz twice and only your best score will count. Do not navigate away from the quiz window or you will get locked out! You may use notes, online text, calculator, etc., but you may not discuss the quiz with any human until after the due date/time. After the due date/time you will be able to review your quiz and print it including the correct answers. See the "announcements" in your MML class for more details about this particular quiz.
