Starting spring term, students can report to the information desk in the library computer lab and have their logon and password established for them.  All they need is a picture ID.  This should help eliminate issues with finding their global PIN and establishing their student logon.  Of course if they have their student ID and global pin they can still follow the usual procedure outlined below to set their password and logon.

 

For the first two weeks of spring quarter, each instructional computer lab will have a generic logon available for student use.  Generic logons are provided during this interval to assist students who have either registered late, or who are experiencing difficulty using their unique user ID and password. The generic logons for spring quarter will expire on April 17th.  This means that on April 17th, all students will have to logon to campus computers using their unique student user ID and password.
