  2. Report your partner's answers to questions number 2 and 4
  3. Write a good sentence to answer question 3. Practice speaking it clearly, with correct intonation and appropriate speed. I'll check it on Wednesday, in class if you can't email me a voice file.

2.    This movie shows the role of mothers and roles of fathers in the lives of their children. Explain the similarities and differences you see when thinking of this movie and of your culture.

 

 

 

 

 

3.    As the textbook mentions, marriage has gone through different stages in the US. Which stage to you think that the family in the movie was in? Why do you think so?

 

 

 

 

4.    In your country, what kinds of changes have families gone through in the last 50 years? Explain.

 

 

 

5.    This movie deals with funny, serious, sad, and controversial issues. In your opinion, which of these were most important to you? Why? What will  you remember most about this movie? Why?
