Keep the following log for 2-weeks.

Write in the day, date, and heart rate or rate of perceived exertion for each time you follow the flexibility fitness plan.

bullet

To receive full credit, write comments about the workouts...these comments include increasing hold time, any changes made to the workout, and how you felt during the workout.
