Meeting 4--Thursday, May 28.  The primary purpose of Meeting 4 will be to discuss proper interview techniques and policies.  The agenda may have other items on it that the Chairperson thinks would be discussed at a weekly meeting, but the only item that will most likely be presented and discussed at length will be the company’s proposed new policy for interviewers.  Agendas should be distributed to all team members by Tuesday, May 26.  The presenter should bring to the meeting any materials that are needed to support his/her presentation (enough copies for each team member).

Meeting 5--Thursday, June 4.  The primary purpose of Meeting 5 will be up to the team members to decide. You may want to discuss a policy on teleworking, Website policies, or some other topic of interest. As in previous meetings, the agenda may have other items on it that the Chairperson thinks would be discussed at a weekly meeting, but the only item that will most likely be presented and discussed will be the topic decided on in Meeting 4.  Agendas should be distributed to all team members by Monday, June 1. The presenter should bring to the meeting any materials that are needed to support his/her presentation (enough copies for each team member).
