How To Register

Participants must pre-register. Registrations will not be accepted at class sites or at our Town Plaza location. We cannot accept cash unless you are registering in person at Continuing Education, Bauer Hall, 2nd floor during walk-in registration hours.

 

Online: Only existing and current Continuing Education students may register online. Please read the About Online Registration section to see if you qualify for online registration.

 

Phone-in: Pay with Visa, Mastercard or Discover by calling (360) 992-2939, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

 

Mail-in: Print and complete the registration form.  Please list only one person per form; you may duplicate the form. Mail it with payment to the address listed at the top of the form. Make checks payable to Clark College.

 

Walk-in: Come to Continuing Education, Bauer Hall, 2nd floor, on the Clark College campus, 1800 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver, Monday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Ten-minute visitor parking is available at the front of Bauer Hall.

 

Fax-in: Complete the form, including your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card information and fax it to (360) 992-2883. Fax registration is available 24 hours a day.

About Online Registration

Current or previous students may register online for classes. Web registration allows you to:

  • Register for classes
  • Change your address
  • Check the availability of a class
  • View your schedule
  • Pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

Online registration is available 7 a.m.-10 p.m., Mon-Fri, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sat. Online services are not available Sundays or holidays.


To use online registration, you must be a current or previous Continuing Education student with an established Student Identification Number (SID). For privacy and security reasons, SID numbers cannot be given out over the phone. If you do not know your SID, you can retrieve it in person, with a picture ID, at the Continuing Education office in Bauer Hall, 2nd floor at Clark College. In addition to your SID, you will also need your six digit PIN number, which is your birth date (mo/day/yr). First time students, please register using mail, fax or phone-in.

Classes must be paid for at the time of registration using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Refund Policy

Refunds for class fees will be provided if requested seven calendar days before the first class meeting. After that time, fees cannot be refunded. CEU fees are not refundable if the student withdraws from class. If a class is cancelled by the Clark College, you will be notified and will receive a full refund of class and CEU fees. Fees paid with cash or check will be refunded in the form of a check made payable to the student. Credit card charges will be credited back to the credit card used; company billings will be repaid to the company via check. Refunds by check take approximately two weeks and credits to a charge account take up to two billing cycles to process.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

CEUs are available for select programs and classes. One CEU is equal to 10 contact hours of instruction. CEUs are available for an additional fee of $20 per class and must be paid when registering. CEU fees are not refundable if the student withdraws from class. Students are encouraged to check with their employing agency and/or professional association to confirm the CEUS are accepted.
