Registration

You must register and pay for Continuing Education classes prior to the first class. If the minimum enrollment for a class is not met, the class may be cancelled. Your registration could make the difference, so please register early.

Refund Policy
Refunds for class fees will be provided if requested seven calendar days before the first class meeting. After that time, fees cannot be refunded. Continuing Education Units (CEUs) fees are not refundable if the student withdraws from class. If a class is cancelled by Clark College, you will be notified and will receive a full refund of class and CEU fees. Fees paid with cash or check will be refunded by a check made payable to the student. Credit card charges will be credited back to the credit card; company billings will be repaid to the company via check. Refunds by check take approximately two weeks and credits to a charge account take up to two billing cycles to process.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
CEUs are available for select programs and classes. One CEU is equal to 10 contact hours of instruction. CEUs are available for an additional fee of $20 per class and must be paid when registering. CEU fees are not refundable if the student withdraws from class. Students are encouraged to check with their employing agency and/or professional association to confirm the CEUS are accepted. Clark College does not maintain a list of agencies that accept CEUs. Click here to view the complete policy.

Inclement Weather
When Clark College is officially closed due to severe weather, Continuing Education classes will not be held. During inclement weather, the College will notify the media and major newspapers, television and radio stations will be informed of class cancellations or the suspension of college operations. Please refer to the media, including checking their websites, if you are questioning whether the College is following its regular operating schedule.
